RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up and implementing internal affairs.
• Processing legal administrative procedures for business and employees.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Keeping track of the progress of the company’s job goals, personnel-related tasks, and help facilitate clear and consistent communication between departments in the company.
• Assisting the HR Department in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, advertising roles, and conducting interviews.
• Supporting BOD in overseeing and managing business operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience in processing administrative procedures and human resources.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a PLUS.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is a MUST.
• Independent attitude – work with low supervision.

• Làm host cho các buổi phỏng vấn livestream.

• Tìm kiếm, kết nối với KOLs để tạo ra các Influencer Marketing Campaigns trên các kênh mạng xã hội của công ty.

• Design character images (character concept) and context (environment concept) for 2D games based on requirements.
• Design movements for characters, landscapes, effects.
• Collaborate with the game development team to perfect the graphics and images in the game.
• Participate in the Company’s projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• More than 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Love and desire to do console/PC action/MOBA game projects.
• Proficient in the use of Photoshop and related software.
