Kyros Ventures is looking for Part-time Community Managers who are willing to contribute the abilities to the growth of the business and accompany the company from the beginning on the journey to transform Kyros into the world’s leading blockchain venture.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Engage users on community channels: Respond to comments, answer direct messages, manage questions to ensure 1:1 relationships with the audience;
- Moderate announcements in channels, and chat groups;
- Work closely with partners to execute online events;
- Translate daily news and updates of the project;
- Participate in the brainstorming process for client events;
- Keep updated with new trends of cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good Reading and Writing Skills (English and Vietnamese);
- Proven community management or customer service experience;
- Deep understanding and empathy for crypto & the blockchain space is a plus;
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Medium;
- Good eye for details, responsible in their work;
- Independent attitude – work with low supervision.

LOCATION AND WORKING TIME
- Location: Work from home or in the office at 6th Floor, MG Building, 38D Lam Son Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (depending on the work requirements).
- Working time: Flexible from Monday to Sunday.
