RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design character images (character concept) and context (environment concept) for 2D games based on requirements.
• Design movements for characters, landscapes, effects.
• Collaborate with the game development team to perfect the graphics and images in the game.
• Participate in the Company’s projects.
• Other tasks as required by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• More than 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Love and desire to do console/PC action/MOBA game projects.
• Proficient in the use of Photoshop and related software.
• Hand painting and good low poly rendering and optimization.
• Experienced in storyboard editing, cutting scenes, and designing Battle effects.
• Ability to create layouts and colors in the game; understand lines, arrays, shapes, and light in design.
• Having more knowledge in the field of cryptocurrencies is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborating with the design team to create animations based on storyboards.
• Using design skills and logical thinking to animate the product in a creative way.
• Working with the design and marketing teams, and BODs to carry out project tasks such as:
  • Editing and animating short videos (gifs, games introductions, etc.) for media purposes.
  • Creating movement for characters, and scenes provided by designers.
  • Brainstorming and implementing common ideas with other teams, promoting individual creativity.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year’s experience in a Motion Graphics Animation position, especially in the gaming industry.
• Strong technical skills and a proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other software related to Motion Graphics Animation.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and have strong project management skills.
• Must have their own software.

• Engage users on community channels: Respond to comments, answer direct messages, manage questions to ensure 1:1 relationships with the audience;
• Deliver and execute the Marketing Plans for partners, make sure the initiatives are delivered on time;
• Keep abreast of trends in the blockchain space;
• Create reports on the performance of the partner’s presence in Vietnam with thoughtful and action-based insights (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a MUST;
• Excellent English communication skills (English and Vietnamese);
• 1+ years of experience in community management and social listening or customer service; 
• Deep understanding and empathy for the blockchain space;
• Have experience in social media marketing; 
• Be online regularly and responsive;
• Independent attitude – work with low supervision;
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and adaptive.
